Our Story

Providing a Legion of Support

PROJECT: VetRelief, an official program of The American Legion, Department of Florida, empowers veterans to thrive in civilian life. We tackle a critical challenge: 29% of Florida veterans struggle financially despite working hard—often having multiple jobs. These ALICE veterans (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) earn too much for poverty assistance but too little for stability. One financial crisis threatens everything.

We empower veterans with dignity, transforming struggle into stability and ensuring they achieve the security they've earned.
