Coming Together to Support Veterans

At the Legion’s Fall Conference, PROJECT: VetRelief hosted our annual networking event with VetRelief Advocates, Board members, and SPI Strategic Partners. After opening remarks from Board President Bob James and Vice President Jim Wineland, guests participated in a special unity activity: each attendee received a bag of four unique puzzle pieces.

The catch? No one could complete their puzzle alone. As everyone teamed up and exchanged pieces, the room transformed into a fun, fast-paced challenge to see which group could assemble the final picture first. What started as a friendly competition quickly became a powerful reminder that our greatest impact comes from working together.

The theme of the night, Collaboration vs. Competition, shined through every conversation and every completed puzzle. We are proud to partner with this incredible group as we continue supporting Florida’s veterans and their families.
